'''Tawak Mudawaheen''' is a [[Packilvania|Packilvanian]] [[Feline]] male who currently serves as the head of the [[Magisterium of Paxism]] through occupying the position of Supreme Magister. He was appointed by the College of Great Magisters in December 2002 and was anointed on 12 January 2002. His anointing ceremony was watched by 300 million people, being among the most widely televised events in that month. He was born in Kalaigard in the province of Jumhurikesh in Packilvania during the rule of the Packilvanian Communist Party. His parents were devout Paxists. They fled to Drakkengard in 1956 due to persecution from the Packilvanian Communist Party. His father protested the persecution of Paxists and humans under the rule of the Communist party. His family went into exile in Volkia. He studied at the Vladimir Barishnikov University for a Bachelor's degree in Paxology, thereby gaining his license as a Magister. He mainly cared for the sick and provided religious services for the soldiers. For his service to Paxism, he was elevated to the post of Senior Magister by the High Magister of [[Northern Volkia]]. He continued working for Magisterium of Paxism in Packilvania. He was part of a committee set up by the government of Packilvania to inspect, assess and restore Paxist monuments and structures which were damaged under Communist rule. He was appointed High Magister of Mochtar in 1993. In 1998, he was elevated to the position of Great Magister.
