Tawak VII better known by his birth nameTawak Mudawaheen is a Packilvanian Feline male who currently serves as the head of the Magisterium of Paxism through occupying the position of Supreme Magister. He was appointed by the College of Great Magisters in December 2002 and was anointed on 12 January 2002. His anointing ceremony was watched by 300 million people, being among the most widely televised events in that month. He was born in Kalaigard in the province of Jumhurikesh in Packilvania during the rule of the Packilvanian Communist Party. His parents were devout Paxists. They fled to Drakkengard in 1956 due to persecution from the Packilvanian Communist Party. His father protested the persecution of Paxists and humans under the rule of the Communist party. His family went into exile in Volkia. He studied at the Vladimir Barishnikov University for a Bachelor's degree in Paxology, thereby gaining his license as a Magister. He served under Lupine Senior Magister Dmitry Pushkin until 1978 when he decided to join the Carriers of Mercy in fighting for the restoration of the Paxist monarchy and liberation of Packilvania from Communist rule.

He mainly cared for the sick and provided religious services for the soldiers. For his service to Paxism, he was elevated to the post of Senior Magister by the High Magister of Northern Volkia. He continued working for Magisterium of Paxism in Packilvania. He was part of a committee set up by the government of Packilvania to inspect, assess and restore Paxist monuments and structures which were damaged under Communist rule. He was appointed High Magister of Mochtar in 1993. In 1998, he was elevated to the position of Great Magister.

He was elected GreatSupreme Magister in 2003. The Magisterium in the Free Pax States was particularly irritated by his appointment due to his links to the Bedonite dynasty as he served in the Carriers of MerchyMercy under Sultan of Packilvania Amhoud I. He silenced his critics by giving a sermon on the importance of the autonomy and independence of the Magisters alluding to his respect for the autonomy of the Magisterium in different countries. Under his leadership, Paxism has seen an increase in conversions outside of Packilvania and the constructions of thousands of temples and parishes. Nevertheless, he has been criticised by liberals for his alleged silence on sentient rights violations and authoritarianism in Packilvania. Furthermore, allowing Namdun III to marry his daughter Mebri was seen as a sign of his endorsement of Bedonite rule. Ironically, he has faced attacks from Packilvanian media for being too soft on the foreign Magisters and for allowing acts that they consider heretical.

Despite these criticisms, he has been characterised as a calm and gentle leader by his staunch critic, Kilion Ryl, the Great Magister of Lyon. He has been known to have brokered negotiations to deescalate conflicts in Allegheny and Ipheklori. He established the Mudawaheen Scholarship to provide an education to minorities. He has also condemned the practices such as the Packilvanian Expeditionary Force and Al-Jaheed. In 2007, he was arrested by the Packilvanian government for criticising the Sultan after he called him a despot but the government backtracked a few days later. He has described his job as "difficult" and "a struggle to balance the interests of the conservatives in Packilvania and the liberals in other nations".
