They register user accounts using their mobile phone number and providing request information. The service provided them with a customisable profile including creating an avatar and display name.
Users are able to chat with other users who have user accounts on the service. The service communicates with the device's contact book to link users with phone numbers registered on the application. The service allows users to form group chats and distribute broadcasted messaged to multiple users. Users can send texts as well as other media such as pictures, videos and sound files to each other. The application also provided business accounts for businesses for a fee which allows them to communicate with clients, develop automated chat bot tools, manage client traffic and monitor client interaction.
