Serramal: Difference between revisions

The military of Serramal consists of three branches - The Republican Army, Airforce, and Navy respectively. The military has some 47,000 active personnel, though many units are thought to be largely ineffective for anything beyond basic garrison purposes. The Airforce and Navy are both heavily reliant on external contractors for their maintenance and operations, and the military as a whole has historically made extensive use of foreign mercenaries.

Most of Serramal's military equipment is imported from abroad, but the country is capable of maintaining and assembling basic armored vehicles. Badshan Industries is headquartered in Marago and builds armored personnel carriers, so-called "tank-hunters", and mobile antiaircraft systems.
