His older brother, former Crown Prince Astolfo, is deceased. In 1989, Felipe married Emília Pazanna de la Lérida, daughter of the Count of Castejón. With her he has three children, his heir-presumtive Princess Impazzana Gloria, Duchess of Marsalvano, Prince Roberto Nápoles, Count of Araruña, and Princess Yasmina, Countess of Navabria.
