Samminel Langan Herinshaw is a Morstaybishlian media executive and former politician who has been the Chief Executive Officer of Cafe Net since 26 October 2022, having previously served as the Deputy Chief Information Officer from 2016 - 2022, as first Secretary of State of Great Morstaybishlia from 2005 to 2009 and as Leader of the ConservativesPrinciples from 2002 to 2004. He was Member of Parliament (MP) for Jerrytown, Jersia City from 1998 to 2014.

Born in Kurandia, his parents owned an Audelli car dealership in Corren Tree. At twelve, his parents relocated to Jersia City, Staynes following Kurandia's independence from the Morstaybishlian Empire. Herinshaw was educated at Goblet School in Kurandia, and then Trinity College, Jersia City, before studying at Jersia University. After a brief spell as a freelancer for The Jersian Standard, he went on to be a special advisor to the Minister of State for Universities Lillian Moss. He later became her political secretary.

Herinshaw was elected as MP for Jerrytown, Jersia city in the 1998 general election. He succeeded Ross Engernant as ConservativePrinciples party leader in 2002, following his corruption scandal, and became the fastest ConservativePodite leader from election as a MP to the House of Representatives after 2 years and 10 months. Herinshaw lost favour as the leader during the State of Morstaybishlia crisis, failing to motion a vote of no confidence against Verlhanz Rothgerus twice in 2003. He intended to step down, and was succeeded by Walter Johannes in 2004. In the 2005 general election, Herinshaw worked closely with Johannes, who later became prime minister. Herinshaw was then appointed as First Secretary of State.

Herinshaw was one of four cabinet members who were dismissed by Johannes in 2009 after voting against the government in an opposition day vote on the subject of settlement rights for Usprian elves in the Veradon Communes, which the opposition won. Herinshaw served on the backbenches for five years before leaving public office at the 2014 general election. He was appointed as the Deputy Chief Information Security Officer for Damehowe by Benjarn Holden in 2016. Following the resignation of Etuariti Takatunuye as the CEO of Cafe Net given him assuming a role as the CEO of Café Pay, Herinshaw was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer with a potential compensation package in the tens of millions of Kiribs.
