Queen Rutendo III of Iboma is the head of state and commander-in-chief of the armed forces of [[Iboma]]. She was born Rutendo Amanda nga Makadzi on 18 July 1960. She assumed the throne at the age of 25 and was crowned Queen of Iboma on 27 April 1998. Unlike most contestants in the Queen's Trials, she had a child, Liyana, who was a year old at the time. Having reigned for the past 23 year, she has seen the tremendous social, political and economic changes that her country has undergone.
