The position was established in July 2018 at the Auroran Reunification Summit in [[Aura]], [[Emberwood Coast]] whereupon the Charter of the UNAC was adopted by the founding nations. The inaugural and incumbent office holder is [[Lara Tarasovna]] from [[Tuvaltastan]].
