As recently as 2015, Posol Industries has been evaluated as one of the largest companies in Aurora, making up a large share of East Aurora's revenue. The rails are dominated by Posol Industries, as well, with much of goods traveling partly or fully within a shipping container transported by Posol Industries. It was contracted by the Floating Market Company (an online shopping application to and from [[The Oan Isles]]) to handle logistics on its behalf.
There has been speculation by many experts and authorities who believe that Posol Industries is a front to a complex logistical system for the black market. Such speculations have been denied by CEO Lord Remis Posol, and have not been confirmed by any investigations.
