After the war, the people of Piorunpreria gave their leader, Hildstan, dictatorial powers for life. Suddenly on May 29th, 2022, Hildstan died, leaving Piorunpreria under the control of his daughter, [[Sæswið Hildstansdohter]]. The country adopted an isolationist foreign policy under Sæswið and has remained closed off since. |
