Zachodnipaństwo was founded in 1635 as a colony of Cascadii, but in 1673, they were able to convince Cascadii to make them a self-governing state, but still under the Cascadii crown.
In 1635 the area in which Zachodnipaństwo is was colonized by [[Cascadii]]. Then in 1842 [[Tretrid]] took Zachodnipaństwo from [[Cascadii]]. When southwest [[Gondwana]] was abandoned by [[Tretrid]] in 1920 Zachodnipaństwo was granted independence, but shortly after [[Cascadii]] went to war with Zachodnipaństwo and made them a self-governing puppet state. On June 22nd Zachodnipaństwo officially gained their independence from [[Cascadii]].
