Pineun Quifreoia, commonly known as Jisphag or the Farm Goddess, is a politician in Karishkanov. She is part of the High Elder Council that governs over Karishkanov. Credited for reviving Karishkanov's agricultural sector, she is one of the most popular High Elders in recent memory. She is also one of the very few humans to ever be appointed by the National Council to the High Elder Council.
