The '''Packilvanian Expeditionary Force''' ([[Packilvanian language|Packilvanian]]: ''LuHagan luVekhter aluBakhilfaniya'', abbreviated PEF or ''luHAVEBA'') is a military wing of the government of Packilvania under the Minister of Foreign Affairs responsible for implementing unconventional warfare. The PEF has 750,000 total members including technical, medical and combat personnel. They are all career volunteers. Whereas the [[Packilvanian Armed Forces]] (PAF) has a large pool of infantry from minority groups, the PEF is dominated by elite soldiers from privileged social groups. Becoming a PEF member requires a two to three year qualification from the Sultan Namdun III University of Military Sciences. Only 12,000 candidates are accepted annually from a pool of 70,000 applicants (many of whom are diverted to the PAF). Education is funded entirely by the PEF Training Scholarship to successful entrants.
