The People’s Autocratic Republic of Neu Arkia, commonly called Neu Arkia or New Arkalarius was a council dictatorship located on Novaris, west of it’s namesake Arkalarius. The nation also shared a border with Nordenpunto in the North, and Lissia in the west. On July 24th, with the assistance of the Neu Arkian Prätorianer, Julius Augustus Karling seized control of the nation, and established himself as the new sole dictator of Karolingia
