'''Nordörn''' is the operational code-name for recurring joint exercises held by the [[Conference for Amity and Cooperation|Conference for Amity and Cooperation.]] The exercises allow the military forces of each participating nation to test new technologies and cross-train equipment and tactics. Nordörn is held biennially during March and April on even-numbered years. Though there is no standard format to the exercises, they typically involve ground, sea, and air elements and are normally held in the Rotantic Circle. Scenarios range from search-and-rescue and disaster relief exercises to counterpiracy, counterterrorism, and combined-arms maneuvers. All CAC members are invited to participate.

With Exercise Nordörn, the CAC seeks to improve interoperability between its member-states while promoting regional security and stability. It is also critical to maintaining and honing the valuable Rotantic capabilities of participating armed forces, particularly amidst efforts to develop the Northern Sea Route around Novaris.
