At this conference, Prime Minister Andreas Kistakis had promised that a confederation of DeltanCorencian states would bring prosperity to the north, and all its resources would be split equally between the residents of each constituent country, but in his words, all that was needed to bring such prosperity was “Αίμα και σίδηρος” (Blood and Iron”).

Before 1810, many of the lesser factions had already been twisted into surrender by the larger Cape Syrus, a half Tretrdian speaking state who had worked to flex its dominance over the territory. Before an official fight could take place, the Syrossian Syrossians had experienced a period of decline economically with widespread debt, and a severe population decline in the war torn state. To add to this, the Naux among them had wished for more integration with the NNC due to a collapsing government. To avoid war, the two nations had combined into the Nauxian Confederation.

This new confederation was lead by the Εκλέκτορας, or the Elector who was not only the Commander in Chief of the army, but the leader of the senate. During the administration of Elector Ioannis Vikariyas he spent his administration perfecting the internal and external affair policy of "Veritas Politica" or True Politics. His ideas advocated for the creation of policies that were based off of circumstances that were presented to the congress. These same polices were also accredited to the dismantling of the Confederation, and the formation of the Senatorial Union, on the basis that a country cannot function without a strong, active centralized government with enough power to maintain order, and gain the approval of the people.
