The Morst Rotantic's primary economy is fishing and resource extraction. The most common fished animal is the [[wikipedia:Minke whale|Minke whale]]. Natural abundance of polar crude oil and gas was discovered in January 2020, 103 nautical miles north and within the Exclusive Economic Zone of the Durk Isles. By area, Maidna is 2,441 km², Durk Isles is 8,041 km² and Inuit Isles is 2,752 km². The Lieutenant Governor is Harry Gormurich since October 2019.
The Morst Rotantic is the only Morstaybishlian Overseas Territory to drive on the right. Its national animal is the [[wikipedia:Polar bear|polar bear]], and its national plant is the [[wikipedia:Snow gentian|snow gentian]].
