Line 57:
In 2020, upon the retirement of Kasdideresh Mereni, Indari was elected President of the Grand Council. Before his election as President, Indari represented the right wing of his party. Since his accession of head-of-government, however, he has clashed with party members and the far-right Mūni parties over his support of King Yendrin Kwarrōth's more liberal reform proposals.

Early life
Marsilamat Indari was born on November 2, 1972 in Isherrith, the seat of Isher Province. He is of Kwari descent. Indari's father, Demmeranith Indari, worked in a local mill in Isherrith and served as a union steward and as a member of the Hlenderian Workers Party, a source of conflict between father and son. His mother, Hlavesa Indari, was a homemaker who Marsilamat would credit publicly for her "hard work and perseverance" given the family's budget.

Indari began working in local politics as a teenager, running errands for Isherrith mayor Avi Drōth.
