The supreme chancellor of Iphelklori is the head of state, religion, and government. They rule Iphelklori with their word being treated by Iphelklorians as if they were coming from God-on-Urth himself.
- Top left: Faddei Nikolaev became the first chancellor with the abdication of King-Emperor Nikolai Orlov in 1863
- Top right: Petro Dmitriev was known to be one of the most progressive Supreme Chancellors, leading the nation to join the international organizations until his assasination 1919
- Bottom left: Nikolai Ivaniski led forces during the First Crusades, later ruling as the supreme chancellor in 1963
