Since the political union of 15 counties to form the Margravate of Rosalica on 3 June 1560 under the House of Andisson, there have been 5 Rosalican monarchs. The counties of Rosalica and Helenica were the first to be united following the marriage of Rachel I and Count Rein Vandale. The nation was ruled as an absolute monarchy until 20 August 1852 when the Constitution of Rosalica was created, providing more governing rights to the people and has stayed in place to present day.
