== Zubraynite Dynasty ==

After the Iktanite dynasty collapsed, the various smaller nations that comprised the First United Kingdom of Bakil declared their independence. During this period, the King of Bingol rose in prominence due to the wealth and power that city accumulated and thus exercised hegemony over a wide area. However, this monarchy is not regarded as a successor state of the First United Kingdom of Bakil. The Princes of Tashkar page homage to the King of Bingol. When the tribute was too high, Prince Ishak Zubrayn attacked and defeated [[Bingol]] and spread his rule to surrounding nations. Unlike the Iktanite dynasty, the House of Zubrayn managed to exert more influence over the smaller nations that comprised their realms but were unable and/or unwilling to disestablish them. The Zubraynites initially used Tashkar as their capital and then relocated to Bingol in 1278. They returned to [[Adrien]] in 1457 - 1598 but they returned to Bingol and remained there until they were overthrown under Uden II by Saidun the Conqueror in 1675.
