''The Elder's Council of Kuduk'', or commonly referred to as ''Kuduk'', is an island nation located in Northeastern Novaris consisting of 6the islands of Heiki (Хеики), Sagut (Сагут), and Kakut (Какут). The Isles are politically and cultural comprised of six major tribes and several smaller ones. A majority of the tribes of Kuduk have an Elder, Chief, or a Shaman as their official representative. Kuduk's largest and most economically important city is [[Naryan]], which is also the country's capital. Kuduk currently shares no borders, maritime or otherwise, with any state.
