Their primary use is in court, in which a judge wears a konohma which is believed to render the judge to speak only the truth. Their first documented use on the Kuduk Isles was in the western tribs of the isles, specifically in the 13th century [[Hey|Hey Tribe]]. Since then, the practice of using Konohma spread across Kuduk.
