Kiri Punahele Tohoro (born 2 December 1995) is a JustelvardicJusdelvic politician who has been MP for Highcaven since the 2019 general election.

Tohoro attended Parliament in Sani Bursil wearing Jūs, formal attire for native people in JustelvardJusdelva. She was immediately forced to leave for breaching regulations around professional clothing. After repeating the act another two times, which led to her third removal from the House, parliament amended their rules around formal wear and Tohoro was allowed to attend wearing her Jūs attire. This made her extremely popular among her people and she is famous among them as a beacon of hope and eventual self determination.

Born in Gyar, in the Western Outliers when JustelvardJusdelva was an independent republic, she moved to Highcaven at six. She studied politics in university. When she graduated in 2016, JustelvardJusdelva signed the Acts of Union with Morstaybishlia and Tohoro tried for the by-election at 20, but was unsuccessful.
