Boasting a rich history of culture, the Bishlec states formed the basis of elvish and cava civilisation as we know it after the [[Great Vanishing]] some three thousand years ago, expanding and contracting several times before a period of unification in the 11th century, forming modern Kaltariezh. Cava and elvish populations would be outcompeted by the descendent human population of [[Staynes|Estenes]], and by the mid 13th century saw the end of its last non-human ruling dynasty. Forming an empire by the early 15th century after expansionism into the [[Cerenerian Ocean]], the Kaltar Empire settled and then colonised the Inizi Reterdelien by 1424 (what is today the westermost islands in the [[Morstaybishlian Cerenerian Territories]]) and [[Jusdelva]] by 1483.
