The K12 Vaccine Lead Scandal was a outbreak of lead poisonings caused by vaccinates for treating whooping cough (pertussis) in Syrtænzna in 1996. Nearly all the deaths was children under the age of 12 and the government estimates lead related death to be 6,500. It's later released to the internet that minister of health Marius Helseth was fully aware of the risks of the vaccine but decided to go ahead with the vaccination drive. He denied the allegations, making a joint statement with the justice ministry stating that evidence was insufficient for an investigation leading to mass riots. Marius Helseth forced to resigned, he was later found hanged in his bedroom.
