The '''Collective Purity of Kæra'zna''' (''Kæzhyn: Kæra'zna Kæ'zhadny Ny'kæd''), more commonly referred to as simply '''Kæra'zna''''','' is a relatively sparsely populated nation in North-Eastern Borea. It has a land border with [[Nystatiszna]] to the West. It contains 348,000 Elves, the small number owed to its borderline inhospitable Rotantic climate, ban on permanent immigration in most cases and its program involving liberal use of Involuntary Euthanasia as a method of eugenic cleaning of the population from those deemed undesirable and a waste of State Resources, keeping its population only through a forced breeding program of those it deems desirable and successful. Due to this policy this nation has been declared to be the only recorded example of a presently existing true Ethnostate.

 

While available to the groups of higher status in Kæra Society, the Totalitarian Ideology of the nation generally opposes the wearing of fashion, looking down upon those deemed ''"Individualistic and Vain"'' in their clothing style. Kæra clothes are often Utilitarian and Inexpensive, with the expending of wealth on clothing seen in most Liberal Capitalist nations frowned upon. This was most notable amongst women, who the dominant Kæra doctrine advocates wear clothes "suitable for a working life", with Kæra media presenting those of all genders wearing plain clothes of dull colours so as the project the value of Conformity.

 

 

As with most Kæra classes, the formal attire of an Øfesak is the same as their uniform, and is worn regardless of gender. This includes an ash grey Koivistolainen, a fur cap with adjusted backwards-facing ear flaps to suit elven ears. Øfesak wear a pewter grey shirt, with a maroon tie acting as a contrast to the otherwise greyscale outfit. Over the shirt a minimalistic black woollen tunic is worn, with a camp collar, two buttoned pockets on the front. Each jacket has six buttons, traditionally made from aluminium, which are to be undone when inside. Lead-grey jodhpur-style breeches are worn under the jacket, to which the shirt is tucked into, as well as a pair of black, steel-toed Bovver boots. Soles of these boots tend to be exclusively leather, in order to maximize the sound caused by them in order to give the wearer a presence.
