The United Socialist republic of Ilesland is a small nation east of the North and South Dveria and Listonia. It borders the Golf of Itur to the Northwest and Lake Miiyu to the Southeast. The USRI was formed by the current President Nick Cannon after the death of the previous President. United Ilesland is a product of President Janssens Reunification Effort, which reunited the East and West in 2020. The USRI rose to power in late 2020 and the socialist government took full power by early 2021.
Ilesland has had a troubled history of political instability and corruption, with many of the political leaders having been assassinated or arrested. The current government has been prioritizing industrialization and isolation as the [[IAF]] have become increasingly less tolerant of Capitalist nations.

Ilesland is a socialist nation where all industry is owned and operated by the federal Ministry of Commerce and Ministry of Labour. Smaller industry is owned and operated by provincial Councils of Commerce and Councils of Labour. The Commerce ministries were adopted into the House of Ministries in 2021 to acquire all industrial and commercial buildings.

The Ilisian culinary experience is not for everyone. Rocky terrain and harsh climates have made agriculture very difficult. There are also not many land animals that could be hunted, so historically fish has been the most popular meat. Bordering the Lake Miiyu and Golf of Itur, along with the freshwater springs and lakes, has made fishing the primary source of protein. Winter Soup, a historical dish consisting of carrots peas and potatoes in a water broth, is a very simple dish popular in the North due to its ability to be prepared in the winter. Often times before running water was available in the North during the Winter Months the lakes would freeze over so people would use melted snow to boil whatever vegetables they had, often carrots and potatoes.
