For the duration of the civil war, the parliament sat in secret [[The Opposition|Opposition]] bunkers on two occasions: once on 9 August to confirm and swear in [[Xhauri Tschanelki'e]] as the new prime minister following [[Gull Hughny|her predecessor]]'s death during the attack on the House, and once on 18 September to ban the political parties that were considered responsible for the war: [[Sinter Tass]]'s [[Soldiers' Guild]] and, controversially, the [[Resource Control Board]].
