Before the scandal, which later became known as the Lanx affair, Horace was Home Secretary from 2019 to 2021 and had represented Koldon West as MP for nine years.
Born in [[South Hills Council of Governments|South Hills]] to Staynish parents Horace J. Lanx and Natasha Brooks, Lanx moved to Staynes at the age of 11 after completing his primary education. He graduated from Koldon University. He married Sandra Banks in 2005, and had one child, Phoebe.
