People within the city's formal limits enjoy a very high quality of life with Halaler being described as one of the cleanest, most beautiful and most liveable areas of Packilvania. The abundance of public transport, affordable good quality health care and jobs in the services sector has made the city in attractive destination for education professionals and digital nomads. The city has been especially favoured by the wealthy, with Halaler having the third largest number of billionaires in Packilvania.
