Government:Fedele's Concordat: Difference between revisions

In 2019, Delegate Fedele would create a dispatch containing the Concordat. While most of the Concordat was the same as the Concordat that was in effect at the time, Fedele illegally amended Article G of the Concordat to allow only the Delegate to introduce amendments to the Concordat for ratification by all World Assembly nations in the Region. The legal Concordat of the time only allowed amendments passed by the Magisterium to be ratified by the Citizens of the East Pacific, not necessarily the regions World Assembly nations.
