The Fortunan Armed Forces is the armed forces of [[Fortuna]], and consists of the Fortunan Army, Navy, and Air Force. The Regulatori is also considered a part of the Fortunan Armed Forces and acts as the police force within the nation and may participate in military combat if found necessary. These four forces combined make up the majority of the military in Fortuna, and consist of around 578,175 active personnel and 1,520,000 in reserve or fit for combat, making Fortuna one of Urth's most militarized states. Fortuna requires for its citizens to serve in the military starting at the age of 18, with both men and women required to serve up to 36 months. The Fortuna Military Council, led by the current Chief Commander, heads the Fortunan Armed Forces. The Fortunan Armed Forces military budget consists of 5.2% of Fortuna's national GDP, around $26.1467 billion. Even with the high spending, Fortuna's armed forces is still considered outdated and lacks behind other nations. Much of the equipment used by the Fortunan Armed Forces were inherited from the former three states of Fortuna, however the government has been working to update the military to fit with today's standard.
