Norgsveldet’s diplomatic relations is directed through to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Which part of coordinating Norgsveltian foreign policy. It is the minister post that holds the most number of meetings with the Norgsveltian monarch only behind the prime minister. The ministry of foreign affairs is also in charge of the internal relationship between Norgsveldet and the other Crown States within the Imperial Realm of Norgsveldet. Mainly to ensure joint coordination between members of the Imperial Realm on matters of foreign policy.

The Imperial Realm of Norgsveldet has played an important role around the world from great power politics to its role in international organizations and trade. Which has made it an important and major power in geopolitical affairs with it having a large presence in several continents through cultural, economic and military means. Mainly through its central and leading role within organizations like the Crown Realm, NCEF and the UCA. Which helped it be able to stand up to nations that are considered to be superpowers like Great Morstaybishlia and South Hills. Which has been a crucial part of Norgsveltian foreign policy since the premiership of Magrete Kverheim. Through a doctrine of what has been called “geopolitical balance” which reasserts a Norgsveltian commitment to not align with any nation it considers a superpower. In which Norgsveltian foreign policy is often based around being an preferable alternative partner in matters of geopolitics then said superpowers.

This has also led to another foreign policy of doctrine called Sannhetism, which has been the guiding principle of Norgsveldet’s foreign policy towards its many former colonies. Sannhetism being a doctrine promoted by former Norgsveltian monarch, Gustaf III. According to Gustaf III imperialism was doomed to end as such it was in Norgsveldet’s intrests to move away from colonialism and rather towards decolonisation with a focus of international cooperation between Norgsveldet and its former colonies. In which the Crown Realm was a central part of that focus.
