Eleçeron is the capital of Casilló y Réal. It has a population of 641,000 and a metropolitan population of nearly 1.9 million. It is the fourth largest city in Casilló y Réal by area, third by population. The city proper covers 41.2 km2 while the entire metropolitan area covers 2,395 km2, which covers the entire Special Municipal District of Salasca. The city lies on the RíoRía DoradoDorada, in the center of the Andora region. Established as a settlement in the fifth century CE, it has been the official capital of Casilló y Réal since 1590, absorbing many government functions from the Réoran capital of Descarai and the Arranzic capital of Porta Tranquíla. The Mayor-General currently is Jaime Ivan Soldado of the Chivalric Caucus.

The city metropolitan area contains many of the leading educational, political, entertainment, fashion, cultural, and artistic entities of Casilló y Réal. It also is home to prestigious wineries, breweries, and distilleries for traditional Corric alcohols. Due to the cultural and economic importance of the city, it enjoys a high standard of living and foreign interests. Eleçeron has large percentages of neighborhoods still retaining the architectural styles of ancient Andoran and Réoran cultures. Some of the best examples of these are the Summer Palace, the Assembly Halls, and the Cathedral of Saint Emmanuel Vancia. The views of colorful riverside townhomes and the Sofía Bridge over the gorge are recognizable symbols of the city.
