At Buckingham University, his thesis supervisor was Mark Wahlberg, one of the leading Phoenix labor economists of the 20th century. During his time there he was also teaching assistant to Clement Vers and Robert Kingson, two of the main exponents of the theory of human capital, applied during the presidency X, the economic theory that supports the quality and education of workers as a major factor in promoting economic growth. After earning his doctorate, he was hired as an Assistant Professor at the Phoxia School of Business, where he went on to study the knowledge economy in labor markets. He continued his studies, becoming associate professor in 1960 and full professor in 1964.
