The '''''Catrás''''' class is a line of corvettes of the [[Royal Antoran Armada]], carrying hull code C-G. They are intended to fill the doctrine roles of the retired [[Rége Julían class|''Rége Julían'' class]] frigates and ''Princesa Mariangel'' class corvettes: air defense of large nautical zones and strikes on air, land, and sea targets with guided missiles. Designed in Antora throughout the 2000's as a high-capability, low-cost surface combatant, the warships were created to be the inexpensive modern backbone of the Armada. The corvettes are built by the [[Varentine League|Varentine]] Gilda Varien Shipyards in cooperation with Arsenale Corric out of [[Porta Armada]].
