In 1993, she started attending Moyen-Orient University, graduating with a degree in politics and international relations. ==Early life== Gargano was born in Kimmeridge, in the state of Kimmera, on 17 January 1975. Her father, Thomas Kipling, was a member of the Liberation Front, and had been kept under custody by the Wealdenite state at the time of her birth.
