Born to mother Akilah Samaha from [[Packilvania]] and father Berinter Hugh Fokes from [[South Hills Council of Governments\|South Hills]] who were first generation immigrants to ~~South Staynes~~Valeria, Berinter was born on 11 February 1986 at the Aegis Infirmary. He studied at Aegis College in performing arts but re-studied politics in his mid 20s. He ran for the North Lornton, Aegis constituency in the [[2012 Great Morstaybishlia General Election]] but failed, only accumulating 1.2% of the vote. He ran again in 2019 and began his first term in the House of Representatives.
