Tipene Rahua expressed that the enmity between Sarentria and Durentria was so strong, he found it doubtful that Le Roy would be willing to negotiate. Seeing that discussions with the Oan delegation were going nowhere and recognizing that the Oans were an impediment to one-on-one discussions, President Poole called a joint meeting of all the Auroran states to start in Conference Room 2 at the [[Aura International Convention Center]].
