The oldest child (thus assuming the surname Kairas), she has two sisters, Saoirse and Niamh and two brothers, Proinsias and Eoin. Her father, Jalo R. Her mother, Cadwyn Ceryn Tausad was an elven Fefsen and Countess (later Duchess) of the Ytakian canton of Lymadh,

As a result of her noble lineage, Kairas' family was wealthy and had predominantly resided in their estate by the relatively affluent suburb of Pankow, Loren SAR. Her family moved into Empire Hill following the ascension of her father to the position of Lewydh in 1964. There, she spent the vast majority of her childhood in, often presence to greet foreign dignitaries and state leaders entertained by her father along with her mother and siblings.

For the majority of her youth, Anrah received her elementary to high school education in ''Our Saint-Emperor Aran the Great's House of Education (OSEAGHE)'' in Ymirodraeth. There, she was a prominent student, also participating in Namrhyd football as part of the school's Prim Association.
