Alec Herbot Lanx (31 August 1898 - 24 December 1967) was a Kaltariz politician, writer and ecologist who served as the 8th and 10th Prime Minister of Great Morstaybishlia over two separate periods; he won against the Staves minority Labour government in the February 1942 general election, but was only able to form a minority government until the September 1942 general election where Staves led a second minority government. He would lead the Liberal Party into government in the 1943 general election for a full seven year term. He is the last Liberal prime minister.
