Al-Jaheed is a transnational extremist Salafist militant organization founded in 1987 by Abu Dahar Al-Salhai, and several other Cagan volunteers during the First Caga Invasion.
Al-Jaheed is a Salafi jihadist militant group and unrecognized proto-state that follows a fundamentalist, Wahhabi doctrine of Sunni Islam. Al-Jaheed gained global prominence in early 2017 when it drove Latianburg government forces out of key cities in its Litop Takeover, followed by its capture of Litop and the Hasni massacre.

Al-Jaheed operates as a network of Paxist extremists and Salafist jihadists. The organization has been designated as a terrorist group by the Peacekeeping Forces Of Urth, the NSTO (Northern Shield Treaty Organization), League Of Novaris, South Hills, Morstaybishlian Empire, Asendavia, Kasmiyland, and various other countries. Al-Jaheed has mounted attacks on non-military and military targets in various countries, including the 1989 Nacata embassy bombings in Kasmiyland, the Hasni Massacre in 2017 after capturing Litop, and the 2017 York bombings.
This group has been designated a terrorist organization by many individual countries. Al-Jaheed is widely known for its videos of beheadings of both soldiers and civilians, including journalists and aid workers, and its destruction of cultural heritage sites. Al-Jaheed originated as Free Ltop Movement in 2015, which pledged allegiance to Al-Maheed Bal Sheak. The group proclaims itself as s worldwide caliphate and began referring to itself as Al-Jaheed in June 2016.

Kuthernburg responded to the Latianburg attacks by launching the "War on Terror", which sought to undermine Al-Jaheed and its allies. The deaths of key leaders, including that of Abu Hasuel Al Dueksa, have led Al-Jaheed operations to shift from the top down organization and planning of attacks, to the planning of attacks which are carried out by associated groups and lone-wolf operators. Al-Jaheed characteristically employs attacks which include suicide attacks and the simultaneous bombing of several targets. Activities which are ascribed to Al-Jaheed involve the actions of those who have made a pledge of loyalty to Abu Dahar, or to the actions of "al-Jaheed-linked" individuals who have undergone training in one of its camps in Atiland, Packilvania, Sarentria or Tolria. Al-Jaheed ideologues envision the removal of all foreign influences in Packavinian countries.
In Latianburg, the group conducted ground attacks on both government forces and opposition factions and by March 2017 it held a large area in western Latianburg and eastern South Hills containing an estimated 1.3 to 2.8 million people, where it enforced its interpretation of sharia law. Al-Jaheed is now believed to be operational in Multiple countries across the world, including Adumara and Astistan, with "aspiring branches" in West Atiland, Santo Corona, and Marpa. As of 2017, Al-Jaheed is estimated to have an annual budget of more than 1 billion SHD and a force of more than 18,000 fighters.

Al-Jaheed members believe that an Anti-Kliozun alliance is conspiring to destroy Packilvania. As Salafist jihadists, members of Al-Jaheed believe that the killing of non-combatants is religiously sanctioned. This belief ignores the aspects of religious scripture which forbid the murder of non-combatants and internecine fighting. Al-Jaheed also opposes what it regards as man-made laws, and wants to replace them with a strict form of sharia law.
In May 2017, the group lost control of its largest city, Litop, to the NWA. Following this major defeat, in September 2017 Al-Jaheed continued to lose territory to the various states and other military forces allied against it. Most notable is the Relation between Al-Jaheed and Pax Draconia, were the two seem to intertwine and work together. It is believed Pax Dracona donates millions of dollars to the organization and even funds for them to upgrade there equipment.

Al-Jaheed is a theocracy, proto-state and a Salafi or Wahhabi group. It follows an extremist interpretation of Islam, promotes religious violence, and regards Muslims who do not agree with its interpretations as infidels or apostates.

Al-Jaheed Philosophy
According to some observers, Al-Jaheed emerged from the ideology of the Muslim Caliphate. It adheres to global jihadist principles and follows the hard-line ideology of many other modern-day jihadist groups. However, other sources trace the group's roots to Wahhabism.
Al-Jaheed philosophy calls for the centralization of decision making, while allowing for the decentralization of execution. However, after the War on Terror, Al-Jaheed leadership has become isolated. As a result, the leadership has become decentralized, and the organization has become regionalized into several Al-Jaheed groups. Experts argue that Al-Jaheed has fragmented into a number of disparate regional movements, and that these groups bear little connection with one another.

Ideology
Salafists such as Al-Jaheed believe that only a legitimate authority can undertake the leadership of jihad, and that the first priority over other areas of combat, such as fighting non-Muslim countries, is the purification of Islamic society.

Estimates of the size of Al-Jaheed military vary widely, from tens of thousands up to 100,000. In early 2015, journalist estimated that half of Al-Jaheed fighters are foreigners. A report estimated a total of 5,000 fighters from almost every country were in Al-Jaheed ranks in November 2016. Kuthern intelligence estimated an increase to around 20,000 foreign fighters in February 2016, including 3,400 from the Western world. In September 2015, Nassad estimated that 20,000 foreign fighters had joined Al-jaheed.[159]

According to a former senior leader of Al-Jaheed, foreign fighters receive food, petrol, and housing, but unlike native paxian or Latianburg fighters, they do not receive payment in wages.

Al-Jaheed Operations & Structure
Al-Jaheed is not operationally managed by Abu Dahar Al-Salhai. Several operational groups exist, which consult with the leadership in situations where attacks are in preparation.

The number of individuals in the group who have undergone proper military training, and are capable of commanding insurgent forces, is largely unknown. Documents captured in the raid on an Atiland compound in 2019 show that the core Al-Jaheed was only 210 people.

According to Nassad Al-Jaheed was so weakly linked together that it was hard to say it existed apart from Abu Dahar and a small clique of close associates. The lack of any significant numbers of convicted al-Jaheed members, despite a large number of arrests on terrorism charges, was Observed by Kuthern Officials in a recent study.

Combat Jihadist
Al-Jaheed maintains Eight separate forces which are deployed alongside insurgents in Atiland and Packilvania. The first, numbering in the thirty thousands, was "organized, trained, and equipped for attack in another country. Many of these fighters went on to fight in Yor and New Caga for global jihad. Another group, which numbered 28,000 in 2019, live in the West and have received rudimentary combat training.

Financing
In the 1980s, financing for Al-Jaheed came partly from Nassad and other Nacatan Organizations. Other sources of income included the Cocaine trade and donations from supporters in Latianburg, Atiland and Packilvania. Kuthernburg has stated that terrorist funding emanating from Packilvania remains a serious concern.

Packilvania remains Al-Jaheed biggest donator as the group continues to thrive in the nation, receiving hundred of millions of dollars as well as weapons and new equipment to continue the Jihad across the world.

Conventional weapons
Al-Jaheed relies mostly on captured weapons with major sources including the black market and weapons from government and opposition forces fighting in the latianburg Civil War and weapons donated by pax. The captured weapons, including armour, guns, surface-to-air missiles, and even some aircraft.

Non-conventional weapons
The group uses truck and car bombs, suicide bombers and IEDs, and has used chemical weapons in Latianburg. Al-Jaheed captured nuclear materials from Litop University in July 2017, but is unlikely to be able to convert them into weapons. In September 2017 a Kuthern official stated that Al-jaheed was manufacturing and testing mustard agents, and had an active chemical weapons research team. Al-Jaheed has also used water as a weapon of war.

Current Activities
Gondwana
Al-Jaheed involvement in Gondwana has included a number of bombing attacks in North Gondwana, while supporting parties in civil wars in Tolria and unclaimed regions.

Al-Jaheed rebels in Gondwana calling themselves Al-Jaheed Of A Islmana Gondwana have stepped up their violence in recent years. Kuthern officials say the rebels have no real links to Al-Jaheed leadership, but this has been disputed

Aurora
Prior to the APW , Al-Jaheed was present in The York Area, and its members were mostly veterans of the York lslmana Army. Three al-Qaeda operatives carried out the Mostar car bombing in 1997. In 2017, Paxist carried out a series of bombings in Sarentria killing 108 people and thousands more.

In 2019, three Staynish, were convicted of conspiring to detonate bombs on seven airplanes bound for Kuthernburg and South Hills. Nassad investigation regarding the plot involved more than a year of surveillance work conducted by over 400 agents. Kuthern and Nacatan officials said the plot unlike many similar homegrown Auroan militant plots was directly linked to Al-Jaheed and commanded by Hi Ranking Official members in Packilvania.
