The '''2018 Kyrloth General Election''' was held in [[Nation/Kyrloth|Kyrloth]] on Monday 5 March 2018, to elect 144 members to the [[Parliament of Kyrloth|House of Debate]]. The election resulted in a hung parliament, with both the [[Resource Control Board]] and [[Council of Scientists]] winning 49 seats. This proved to not be enough for any stable coalition deal, until the arrest of the eight [[Spiritualists of Azmarin/Zlovskavaar|Spiritualist]] MPs at the Zlovskavaar -Atiland Protests, reducing the majority threshold to 69 and allowing a [[Council of Scientists|Council]] / [[Soldiers' Guild|Guild]] coalition to be formed.
