The Royal Kuthernburg Air Force RKAF is the Kingdom Of Kuthernburg aerial warfare force. Formed towards the end of the First Kuthern Civil War on October 30th, 1932,it is one of the oldest independent air force in the world. Since its formation, the RKAF has taken a significant role in Kuthern military history, in particular, playing a large part in the Auroran-Pacific War where it fought its most famous campaign, the Battle For Yor.

The RKAF's mission is to support the objectives of the Kuthern Ministry of Defense, which are to "provide the capabilities needed: to ensure the security and defense of the KOK and overseas territories, including against terrorism; to support the Government’s foreign policy objectives particularly in promoting international peace and security". The mission statement is supported by the RKAF's definition of air power, which guides its strategy. Air power is defined as "the ability to project power from the air and space to influence the behavior of people or the course of events".

Today the Royal Kuthernburg Air Force maintains an operational fleet of various types of aircraft, described by the RKAF as being "leading-edge" in terms of technology. This largely consists of fixed-wing aircraft, including: fighter and strike aircraft, airborne early warning and control aircraft, ISTAR and SIGINT aircraft, aerial refueling aircraft and strategic and tactical transport aircraft. The majority of the RKAF's rotary-wing aircraft form part of the Joint Helicopter Command in support of ground forces. Most of the RKAF's aircraft and personnel are based in the KOK, with many others serving on operations or at long-established overseas bases (Grunmond Port,Delfare AFB, Luke Joint Command Base, York Joint Base, Vesloghik Command Center). Although the RKAF is the principal Kuthern air power arm, the Royal Navy's Fleet Air Arm and the Kuthern Army's Army Air Corps also deliver air power which is integrated into the maritime, littoral and land environments.

The RKAF goal for the 2017-2018 Post Auroran war is to continue to upgrade its aircraft to the most modern equipment, the RKAF is donating its current 90 Kirage 8 to the Yor Isles Airforce. The Kirage are currently be replace by the F-19 Eagle & F-19 Advanced Eagle which will be the first Stealth aircraft added to the Airforce, all of the Kirage have been sent to the Isles while receiving 15 Eagles and 15 Advance Eagles from Latianburg.
