The Iktanite dynasty was the first dynasty of Packilvania. It was founded by Iktan the Devout in 675 CE.

Establishment

The Iktanite dynasty is named after Iktan the Devout. Iktan the Devout was the King of the Kingdom of Bakil. The Kingdom of Bakil was located in the area which today comprises part of the area of the modern Packilvanian province of Ashura. The Kingdom of Bakil had existed for centuries but it was one of several Kingdoms that were located in central Yasteria.

King Obed II of the Kingdom of Bingol was a leader in the south of the country. He believed that he was empowered by Noi to shed further light on the Writings of Paxism at the time which consisted of the Ichtmar and Vagumar whose authorship is attributed to Prophet Besmali and Suleiman of Yehudah respectively. He believed that Noi and Pax had children known as Haagen and that the Haagen were assigned power and responsibilities over different realms of creation. As such, he called for his subjects to direct their prayers to these Haagen. These beliefs were codified in the Haagemar which was acknowledged by Imams in a Council which his followers known as the Obedite Council of Bingol.

The news of the actions of King Obed II traveled to King Iktan of Bakil. King Iktan was deeply offended by the changes that King Obed II attempted to introduced and the text that he codified. Iktan the Devout raised an army from within his own borders. He also summoned a meeting of leaders who opposed the creation of the Haagemar. He begged them to give their men to his command so that they could militarily defeat King Obed II and Bingol as well as other Kingdoms in what is now Mekedesh and Ukanar. The Iktanite Coalition adhered to a rigid interpretation of Paxism and advanced on the Kingdoms of the South.

The Iktanite Coalition defeated the Obedite and forbade Obeditism from their lands. Iktanite the Devout was proclaimed muMamluk muBas over all the different and they swore fielty to him. They conquered, subjugated or admitted all the remaining nations of Central Yasteria and proclaimed the luMamlukumiyat luIkhtishme aluFaniya aBakil (the United Kingdom of the Realms of Bakil). Often people even in legal and academic contexts would use the term leBakhilfaniya as an abbreviation to refer to the Confederation and Empire which the Iktanite dynasty ruled.
