Westrail is the trading name of the National Railways of Cerdani's division that operates all inter-Cerdan freight and passenger services. It was formed in 1965 by the East Cerdan government under an agreement with West Cerdani and maintains a monopoly on all inter-Cerdan services.
Westrail is responsible for operating urban and regional passenger and freight services between West Cerdani and East Cerdani. Westrail also provides limited metropolitan services within West Cerdani, under contract to Railway Syndicate South. Its passenger services in both nations involve the operation of both trains and road coaches.
It is headquartered in the city of Morzahnstadt but maintains an office in Konigschen and a logistics office in Nordhafen.
