The West-Zwartbaar Assembly (Vistarian: Assemblee voor West-Zwartbaar, Acquan Norvian: Assemblea Barbanera Ovest, Kolonital: Vergadering vir Wes-Zwartbaar) is the devolved legislature of the territory of West-Zwartbaar. Due to the territory's status as a Semi-Autonomous Province, the legislature is granted considerable powers to legislate in a range of areas which are reserved to the body by the Imperial Parliamentary Council.
