The third Barvata ministry, officially the Barvata-Saudaran coalition was formed by Franklin Barvata and Osbourne Saudaran when Barvata was invited by King Lambertus VII to form a new administration, following the resignation of Prime Minister Riannar Karmer on 12 July 2022 due to the Nicki Jenkins report scandal. Barvata inherited a coalition between Progress and the Civics from his short-term predecessor, as well as a plethora or political issues, including the fallout of the Nicki Jenkins report and Marislian independence. The coalition was led by Barvata as Prime Minister with Saudaran as Deputy Prime Minister and composed of members of both Barvata's centre-left Progress Party and Saudaran's centrist Democrats.

The Cabinet composed of seventeen Progress MPs and six Civic MPs.
