Takuhii Hatem (Asahri: تكوهي حاتم, born September 1873) was the President of the Republic of Mukarras from 1918-1925, at which point she mysteriously disappeared. She oversaw the takeover of Mukarras by Golden Oil, a Mirhaimian subsidiary, in 1920. Most believe she didn't truly disappear, instead going into the desert to found the rebel group Tawaabah under the name Habuub, an Asahri word meaning "sandstorm."
